Eastport Adds to Third Party Management Portfolio in Gloucester, MA

Wakefield, MA – Eastport Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the property management assignment for 28-40 Washington Street, Gloucester.  In addition to the day-to-day management, Eastport will also handle the asset management function, reporting, accounting and maintenance for the property.

This assignment adds to Eastport’s growing retail portfolio, which now equates to approximately 20% of Eastport’s commercial managed portfolio.
