We have formed a number of single purpose LLC's that have developed and/or acquired properties including multi-tenant offices, warehouses, data center facilities, and childcare centers. Our typical acquisition target is valued up to $10 million with an income stream in place with the potential for appreciation through property management and redevelopment.
We continue to offer opportunities for equity investors to participate in our private partnerships and look forward to hearing of your interest. These are closely held conservative investments. Investors must have a minimum personal net worth of $1million dollars and contain a sophisticated understanding of the real estate discipline.
Our expertise in acquiring existing property, enhancing its value, and creating investment opportunities is complemented by a successful history of specialized raw land development that includes: navigating the planning and permitting processes, forging high-caliber marketing programs, and securing optimal funding through our contacts in the financial markets.
Our property management services group operates the property, always with an eye towards long term value enhancement. Detailed and sophisticated reporting systems keep each investor up to date on activities at the property and our management capabilities include leasing as we implement our own marketing programs and keep in close contact with the pulse of the markets in which we operate.
